INFLUENCER COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT + COPYWRITING
My responsibilities during my time as an influencer community manager and copywriter included, but were not limited, to the following:
- Updating and maintaining social media profiles (Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and/or Instagram
- Moderating and replying to comments as the influencer on posts to increase community engagement
- Represent the influencer’s brand and tone of voice at all times, usually whilst managing 20+ other influencers simultaneously
- Writing video titles, descriptions, 1st comments, and hashtags for each post (platform specific)
- Brainstorm and present new content ideas to send to the influencers
- Identifying and analysing relevant KPIs to help improve content strategy
- Proposing and working with a graphic designer to create new brand assets and necessary imagery
- Copywriting for both paid and organic posts
